1. About YourWay
YourWay is a travel budget app that helps you plan your spending before a trip, track daily expenses while you travel, and review where your money went when you return. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the YourWay mobile application and website at yourway.one (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use YourWay.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use YourWay. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your account credentials secure and confidential.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Providing accurate information when setting up your profile and trips.

3. Free and Pro Features
YourWay offers a free tier that allows you to plan and track one active trip at a time with core budgeting tools.
YourWay Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features, including unlimited trips, smart spending alerts, daily budget briefings, post-trip analytics, destination comparison, and export tools. The exact features available in each tier are described in the app and may be updated over time.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Pro subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. YourWay does not store your full payment card details on its servers.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the app or by contacting support.
Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region. All fees are charged in the currency displayed at checkout.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to Pro features until then.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case, unless otherwise required by applicable law. To request a refund, contact us at support@yourway.one with your account email and the reason for your request.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from YourWay without permission.
- Abuse or manipulate any feature of the Service.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Travel Information Disclaimer
YourWay provides budgeting tools and travel-related information to help you plan your trips. We do not operate as a travel agency and do not make bookings on your behalf unless explicitly offered as a feature.
Any prices, availability, or travel details displayed in the app are for informational and estimation purposes only. Nothing is confirmed or guaranteed until you complete a booking directly with the relevant provider (airline, hotel, activity operator, etc.) and receive confirmation from them. YourWay is not responsible for discrepancies between estimated and actual prices, or for any changes made by third-party providers.
8. Limitation of Liability
YourWay is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
YourWay and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from travel decisions made using the app, booking errors with third-party providers, or interruptions to the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and features of YourWay are the property of YourWay and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
10. Privacy
Your use of YourWay is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
